Very good content with very good presenters, except one. I think that he may have been brought in at a late hour.

This is my first business class with NBI. The registering process was easy. The class event date has not started yet. But when it does, I will surely write a review.

I love the fact you can get great gratification of studying a subject, however the book was referencing most of everything from 2017 when it is 2019 almy 2020. On how much the book cost it should be an free update.

The Ultimate guide to Trust was an excellent seminar for me as a practicing CPA, and a trustee of several trust. There's not many places to go in order to get this knowledge. The course did need a better presentation of Distributable Net Income (DNI) calculation needed in Fiduciary income taxation.

The National Business Institute provides relevant and informational continuing education. There are a variety of formats that make it easily accessible to all participants. We have been very happy with NBI.

I have spoken several times for National Business Institute. I prefer attending their sessions vs other providers because they automatically provide you with written materials and they are not ruled by the larger firms as many of the bar association events are. Occasionally I have spoken for them out of town and they did not volunteer to provide me with any compensation for substantial mileage. Consequently, I no longer do out of town engagements for them.

NBI has improved in assisting speakers in preparing for their topics and has accumulated some good speakers on the various topics presented.

I enjoy being a speaker for National Business Institute. It is a little frustrating to write my own materials each time. Sometimes, the outline of the materials suggested does not match the research I'm able to locate.

The location of the last event was fine, but they scheduled a very noisy group in the adjacent room which interrupted the seminar.

Inclusion of a land surveyor was a good idea and generated pertinent discussion which would probably not have taken place. Might be good idea in future to include a professional civil engineer in private practice or better one employed by the Rhode Island Department of Environmental Management or Rhode Island Coastal Resources Management Council.

NBI always offers a variety of interesting topics, but I sometimes wonder if the subject matter is too basic. A lot of the attendees seem to be more experienced lawyers who would want more than basic courses on evidence, procedure, etc.

Generally good to very good. Sometimes topics are a bit repetitive within a program. Most speakers are good, prepare well and present well. Running these programs must be like herding cats and I have always found the NBI staff pleasant and easy to work with.

It would be easier to present information, if the outlines were drafted by people who practice in the state where they present. Often the outlines contain information that is incorrect for California.

The course materials are not very helpful. It seems that the presenters often wish to provide only an outline rather than detailed information. Also, the location for the live seminars in Pittsburgh, specifically the Fort Couch Road location is very inconvenient. The hotel in the South Side is more centrally located and provides parking
