Too much time was spent on information pertaining to state-related topics - the state of LA or VA. Not helpful for those of us not located in those states & who don't deal with state income tax

The presenters did well in disseminating good information in an understandable manner. NBI is behind the times with many competing continuing education providers allowing access to the webinar for a limited time. You simply cannot retain 8 hours of information after a single attendance. I would increase my rating to four or five stars if NBI provided even limited access to the recorded webinar for those who attend the live program.

The trial seminar Friday 12/3 was good, but I wanted mainly the jury selection portion, and they ran out of time and devoted about 30 seconds to it.

The content is good and there are many options for CLEs, but NBI doe not send CLE certificates in a timely manner which delays reporting credits to your respective bar.

The course was supposed to be an hour, but the instructor ended early and didn't go into detail on the items in the course description. I didn't find it to be very informative or helpful.

The course was completely repetitive, although i did learn a few new things as well as lots of just common sense things that may not have been needed in the seminar.

Speakers should know the audience that they are addressing; The first speaker assumed that there were only attorneys attending. He at least acknowledged that there were attorneys of all levels attending. The second speaker was interesting. The third speaker read off the slides, boring!!!

Good content, but courses are priced too high. If priced lower, I would register for more CLEs through NBI.

The selection of topics is good. I wish it was little more state focused. My biggest complaint is that most of the seminars are 6 hours long! That is a little too long (just finding the time do a CLE of that length and focusing for that long). I think 2 hour chunks would be more helpful. Also, the materials are also too long. I really don't want hundreds of pages to read through.

i am an ohio attorney. the presenters spoke as to the law in their particular states. although well informed, the materials were not relevant as to ohio probate. not anyone's fault. probably won't do NBI again for those reasons. thanks anyway.

First presenter was very good. she was lively and presented in an easy to understand format. The second presenter was very boring. Image was grainy, she read mostly from the too detailed slides. Impressive credentials, but needs to improve presentation skills.

I appreciated the information but the typos in the associated documentation made it seem janky and suspect. It's quite easy to edit a PDF and would go a long way towards the appearance of professionalism.

I took a three hour on demand ethics course and watched it in segments over two days but System glitched when seeking credits. Clicked on all interactive requests as they appeared on the screen and when seeking credit for course was advised by System that I had only watched less than a third of ethics course. I cannot devote time to watching on demand if the System glitches because the video is paused occasionally during the course of watching the entire program. The virtue of on demand is supposed to be the flexibility of watching segmentally between other daily practice demands.

I would suggest to the speakers that they follow their own power point. The speaker kept saying “and this is something we already talked about.” “Like I mentioned before” and wasn’t really following the slides. The topics were good but the content was way too general and I personally didn’t learn how to do it, I just have a concept about it.

The way the material in my presentation was presented was poor. How can one be expected to listen for almost 6.5 hrs straight (excluding the lunch break and 15 min breaks)??? This seems like an impossible task to ask of anyone. If a presentation is going to last this long, I would recommend making it more interactive, more accessible to different learning styles.
