I have always been happy and confident in the courses at NBI. Now, more than ever, I need a reliable source of web-based CLEs and NBI had more choices and could cover both States in which I am licensed. Also, one time when there was an issue, NBI was able to recover and make it right for me. I highly recommend them!

Interesting, on topic, great useful information, I always look forward to learning something new or a new way of doing something. They always provide great slides and course books. I love reviewing the coursebook before each class.

I find that NBI brings great content. I have only taken one course (2-hour) so I don't have enough to measure. I like what I have seen so far.

The presenters are poor teachers. Find presenters who are better teacher. The slides can't be seen in the video since they're so small. The production value is poor. More visuals (not powerpoint slides with bullet points), animations, photos, illustrations, etc. to make it a more visual experience. Look at The Great Courses for a good example.
