“The courses are amazing. I learn so much from the Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust classes. However, I bought a year's membership to NBI CLE and began several OnDemand classes with the understanding that I would have 6 months, as stated on their web site, to complete the courses. I went to continue these courses, after paying 1,200 during 2023 for them, and found out that you do NOT have 6 months to watch them, you have only until 7 days after the subscription ends. I am a solo practitioner, so I don't have 1,200 to spend per year, and nor do I have the time to watch all the needed CLEs without the 6 months to view them. This felt fraudulent, and I was very disappointed with this lack of customer service.”

“I like the ease of signing up and don't mind the check-ins at all! I would like the materials to be provided and maybe shown during the presentations---at least made available so we can look at them if we want to do that. Also I have not seen the materials for the seminar I attanded last week.”

“I thought the program was great, and the presenters were extremely knowledgeable about the law of workers' compensation. The only thing that I would change is to put the court review at the end of the program rather than at the beginning. To understand the significance of the cases being reviewed, the participant should have the fundamental knowledge in the subject area. Otherwise, it was great!”

“The info presented was basic info learned in college and not really the in-depth info I was hoping to hear. Also, after sitting through an entire day, I was not able to earn CPDUs. I never got a survey to complete. The speakers also spent a lot of time repeating the same info from the previous speaker.”

“Very professional organization, but pleasantly so. Making the lawyer customer, in my case, happy is important to NBI. They seem to care about their reputation, and strive to do the right thing. I will not hesitate to call NBI to take advantage of their knowledgeable staff.”

“A complete waste of my time and money. The topic is one proscribed by federal law. There were only four federal citations in the oral presentation. Far worse, was the main discussion of Ohio law. This served Ohio persons well, I imagine. But was no assistance to me, nor none-Ohians. This was not advertised anywhere as Ohio spcecfic. UGH”
