“It was ok but I was hoping for a bit more nuts and bolts of the litigation process. I’ve been a planner for decades. The retort and causes of action are a routine part of a planning practice, but the actual litigation elements of contested matters are foreign to me. I strive to keep my clients out of conflict and out of court, but I do need to know more about what happens should the planning be challenged. This did not satisfy this goal.”

“Probate is really state specific and I'm in Ohio. So not much for me as far as procedure. Hundreds of pages of materials but not very helpful. The first speaker refers to her questionairre for new clients, but does not include one for a model. Also, in Ohio, we use the phrase "safe deposit box". I guess some people use safety deposit box but I found it irksome that the wrong word was used over and over. As for digital assets, there was no definition as to whether those are tangible or intangible, I would have like some explanation. Also, in Ohio if a creditor doesn't make a claim within 6 months its claim is not considered valid. I don't know about sending out notice to creditors and would have liked a better explanation of how that's handled. I can't help but think that there was a better way to do a step by step explanation of the tax return. Transfer of real estate is an issue, sell or just transfer to heirs? Why is one better? I was disappointed and frankly feel I wasted my money. Deborah Spychalski”

“The Marijuana Business Law CLE should not have been abandoned so quickly. I had trouble logging-in, but was able to eventually. To cancel a CLE that people had planned their days around so quickly seemed short-sighted. Moreover, I had planned this CLE weeks in advance to satisfy requirements to apply for admission on motion to the Maine Bar. I now have no choice but to wait almost 2 months for another Live CLE to satisfy the requirement which therefore delays my admission by that time.”
