“I don't like that the hours are 10-5 for an all day course. I work 7-4 and don't enjoy staying late at work or staying late at the class and then hitting traffic. I would bet that most people would prefer an earlier start. Also, why only 5.5 credits for a 7 hour course? Why so much wasted time? In PA, PBI generally gives 6 hours per all day class which fits with PA's requirement of 12 credits per year.. 5.5 is awkward and two classes are insufficient for us to meet our requirement.”

“NBI' Staff is very helpful, especially Michelle that answers phone calls, she is amazing! I suggest that you make website and account little bit easier to use. Let's say if information of user or email was inputted incorrectly, there is no way to correct it, you have to call to make changes. Or if you register few users for teleconference under 1 account and incorrectly type their names, they get email notification before you submit the order and that email address is now attached to a wrong name and there is no way to change it. I believe it's more of a technical issues. Other then that it's been good!”

“Way to caught up on watching the attorneys time in and out of the seminar. We all have calls to make and need bathroom breaks. I have attended some seminars where the attorneys stopped lecturing a half hour ahead of time and that caused us to be short a half hour so we needed to attend another seminar.”
