Webinar was generally very good. However, first speaker was not well prepared for first session and said he had not even seen the session slides in advance and he had an internet connection that failed repeatedly. You should have assure the quality of the speaker's internet service and preparation of topic in advance.

The speakers were very good as they were all current judges who did an excellent job of explaining best practices in their courtrooms. This was a live in-person seminar, which is far more engaging and educational than an online seminar. There needs to be many more live in-person seminars because not only for the educational experience, but, the great benefit of avoiding technical difficulties with on line programming.

The speakers are very monotone and difficult to listen to for long periods of time. Examples would help. Several years ago we were doing a lot of NBI courses but decided there were better products on the market. We tried again and feel the same.

While I love the classes and learning new things, I find that at times the person giving the class is sometimes not the best choice. If you sound like you really don't have a clue or the voice to provide delivery confidently, then maybe that should be changed.

The Bridging the Gap course was well put together. The topics and presentation were interesting and keep the seminar moving. The breakout rooms were an interesting touch. Overall, enjoyed it and learned some new things.

The courses are amazing. I learn so much from the Estate Planning, Probate, and Trust classes. However, I bought a year's membership to NBI CLE and began several OnDemand classes with the understanding that I would have 6 months, as stated on their web site, to complete the courses. I went to continue these courses, after paying 1,200 during 2023 for them, and found out that you do NOT have 6 months to watch them, you have only until 7 days after the subscription ends. I am a solo practitioner, so I don't have 1,200 to spend per year, and nor do I have the time to watch all the needed CLEs without the 6 months to view them. This felt fraudulent, and I was very disappointed with this lack of customer service.

I like the ease of signing up and don't mind the check-ins at all! I would like the materials to be provided and maybe shown during the presentations---at least made available so we can look at them if we want to do that. Also I have not seen the materials for the seminar I attanded last week.
