I first discovered National Business Institute as a young associate. Over the years I’ve taken a number of CLE courses on a wide range of legal topics, including legal ethics. Over the last several years I’ve been invited to present as well as attend CLEs. I’ve found NBI to be a great company for ongoing education. They offer a wide array of classes that cover all 50 states and the federal government. They offer current subjects like AI, as well as various skills boot camps, and even ethics. Staff is very friendly and accessible. Customer service is quick and easy. And cost is such that you get maximum value for your dollar. I am happy to be part of the NBI community and will continue to do so for years to come.

Great Program on Probate procedures incluiding different states than my own, so that I learned what I don't know to refer to those who do know!

Bruno Richard Hauptmann, convicted of the murder of the Lindbergh baby. As might be supposed this was a highly intresting presentation on the development of the evidence used to convict Haupman. The only disappointment was that the presentation addressed only minimally the evidentiary issues that arose at trial. At least that was my take away. A good choice if you need to knock off a couple remaining CLEs before the reporting deadline.

Although the Washington attorneys were very knowledgable about the Trusts in Washington, we were very disappointed in the fact that NBI hired a non-Washington attorney to discuss some advanced Trusts, such as the Medicaid Trusts and ILITs. Although we are sure she is knowledgable in her state of practice, NBI was totally at fault for not having a Washington attorney who specializes in that field. We had signed up for the course FOR THAT SECTION.

I find NBI puts on very informative and helpful seminars that our on-pint with my transactionl practice and, generally speaking, the presenters are very good.

I did not feel this webinar was worth the money we spent on it. The slides were not correct so we wasted paper. The 1st presenter was not engaging and did not respond to chat questions but that was mostly because the moderator did not ensure that the speakers stayed on time or coordinated questions or comments. The second speaker had no slides at all and was really not relavant to anyone but the state it Laura was referring. The third speaker was funny and followed his slides but the moderator was intrusive and forgot he was online. The last speaker was specific to lawyers. I am not sure I'd refer or take another course from NBI. Definitely needs work.

I like your programs and that you do not imbed codes within them to get credit. These are attorneys and should be trusted to watch the entire programfor credit.

I thought the Webnair was good but just too long and too much information packed into one day. The SNT portion could have been another seminar by itself. Because you have Video By Demand so that I can go back and review the seminar of the portions I missed or lacked concentration because I was exhausted, saved the day. Once the seminar on Video by Demand is available, I will go review it. Thank you.
