The Marijuana Business Law CLE should not have been abandoned so quickly. I had trouble logging-in, but was able to eventually. To cancel a CLE that people had planned their days around so quickly seemed short-sighted. Moreover, I had planned this CLE weeks in advance to satisfy requirements to apply for admission on motion to the Maine Bar. I now have no choice but to wait almost 2 months for another Live CLE to satisfy the requirement which therefore delays my admission by that time.

The online seminar was extremely limiting and constrained as far as interaction and time allocated for each topic. The presenters were extremely limited in their ability to present the topic as a more national-oriented approach and refused to answer any state-specific questions even with information that may only apply in their specific Bar districts. Please begin providing these courses as state-specific or regional topics when discussing land use, zoning and real estate law and stop presenting these nationally. Use the state and regional law firms to present the topics for state-specific audiences as this current approach is worse than useless, it's potentially dangerous.

I did not find a lot of value in the program. The speaker's content was outdated, was not geared to the topic that was advertised, and made a lot of errors.

I signed up for "The Judges' View: Pennsylvania Civil Litigation Do's and Don'ts" because I wanted to hear the views of Judges Butchart, Fletman, Padilla, and Wright. Unfortunately, the moderator dominated the time, providing the judges very little time to talk. The moderator was obviously an experienced litigator, but I really wanted to hear from the judges, not the moderator. Also Judge Butchart did not attend.

Terrible seminar. Title of class was Joint vs Separate Trusts in Separate and Community Property States. Speaker spent most of the time giving a history of community property going back to 1800’s. Great opportunity for him to show off his knowledge of history; terrible for anyone looking for practical legal knowledge. NBI needs to vet it’s speakers better.

On both CLEs I listened to, I had to go back and repeat hours, not minutes, but hours of the recorded program. When I paused, it jumped way back. No way to catch up. Frustrating, stressful. I called, waited on hold, they said too bad, shouldn't be trying to listen on my phone. Really? Should have said that in your informational material eye you were touting the ease of listening on the go.

Superficial topic coverage. Too much time was spent on war stories and anecdotes; this time would have been better spent digging into the substance. Speakers were average at best in terms of their command of the material and were largely dull and unengaging in their presentation skills. It was a waste of money if you want to actually learn something from the CLE program v. just earning requisite hours. I will look elsewhere for CLE in the future.

I attended a 6 credit course via my iPhone, which apparently is not supported, and NBI could not process my credits as the pop ups did not all appear on my phone. NBI is working with me to get me credit, but the extra paperwork would not be necessary if the platform worked with iOS to begin with.

Inbox, Calendaring & Remote Law Firm were too basic, common sense knowledge. Spreadsheets was too hard to follow without screen sharing or a step by step process. Disappointed in this presentation.

Course description was inadequate. I received a manual for Kentucky probate. It is worthless and I completely wasted my money. I need Indiana probate.

The recent vaccine course was worthless. Presenter gave virtually no information that has not been available through public channels. She did not answer crucial questions--instead just posed them, then left them hanging. 15 minutes of research would yield more information than this entire seminar. Also, it was incredibly biased for employers. I would have greatly preferred a more neutral approach to an issue that is dividing the country. This was a waste of my time and money.

Huge rip off!!!! paid like $395.00 and assumed for that price I was getting actual CLE hours and after I had spent the entire day on the program saw that it was all self study CLE which I already completed from another company for $54.00. So one of the biggest rip offs I have ever seen. I called my bank and have contested the charge.
