I would suggest to the speakers that they follow their own power point. The speaker kept saying “and this is something we already talked about.” “Like I mentioned before” and wasn’t really following the slides. The topics were good but the content was way too general and I personally didn’t learn how to do it, I just have a concept about it.

Great training opportunity. I really enjoyed the virtual train options which allows me to complete training without leaving the office. I would recommend to all professionals the online training program.

The way the material in my presentation was presented was poor. How can one be expected to listen for almost 6.5 hrs straight (excluding the lunch break and 15 min breaks)??? This seems like an impossible task to ask of anyone. If a presentation is going to last this long, I would recommend making it more interactive, more accessible to different learning styles.

Re: NH Trust and Probate Administration. I was unable to attend the program in person on May 18, 2021. I ordered the video download. I understand that it wasn’t promised until June, but I was assured that it would probably come sooner. It has not yet arrived. It takes TOO LONG to get it. Thanks!

In the day of virtual seminars it may help keep people invested with some interaction, questions, etc. throughout to keep the mind going. During the lectures the packet provided was much easier to follow with the the power-point copies vs. the outline of the topic that the instructor went off script from and was occasionally difficult to follow.

NBI Presentations have vastly improved since I firs began utilizing their product back about five years ago. The level of presenters has gotten so much better, not relying on non-lawyers as much anymore, if at all. The CLE Passport is a great deal. Customer Service is top-notch, very helpful and address problems promptly.

Thw 6 hour courses are not as substantive as they can be, because it becomes a rambling session by the presenters trying to fill the time. The on-demand videos could use some better editing (there were Take 2s). One of the presenters (a judge from Texas( never came on camera at all it was like a telephone training (weird). A couple other presenters were distracted by their wireless devices and email during the training (attorneys). Also, after sitting through 50 consecutive hours of training I was bothered by the lack of diversity among the presenters.

Should not penalize for IT issues and should allow the half hour makeup on the on demand. The password was an issue for the IT dept to try and get me logged in. I will not have to do the entire course on demand to get my full credits. It should allow makeup for the login time that you missed so you don't have to do the entire course again. Just a suggestion. Thanks.
