The powerpoint class is not helpful. Presentation was disorgnaized and very hard to follow as the presnter was not sharing their screen but rather presented screenshots the whole time.

Absolutely horrible presentation. Took me a while do decide the presenter was not drunk. His delivery was bad, he wandered all over the place, was disjointed, repeated basic, elementary estate planning principles receipted. Contained very little about QTIP issues, which was the reason I purchased the program.

A complete waste of my time and money. The topic is one proscribed by federal law. There were only four federal citations in the oral presentation. Far worse, was the main discussion of Ohio law. This served Ohio persons well, I imagine. But was no assistance to me, nor none-Ohians. This was not advertised anywhere as Ohio spcecfic. UGH

Attended the Collecting Evidence on the Internet - Paralegal Insights. I learned nothing from that seminar. The speaker acted like he did not want to be doing it. We learned that you should not appear in court naked and having sex in Central Park is not a good idea. While I understand the speaker was trying to be funny, we made it to slide #10 out of 54 slides. Spending $219.00 was a total waste of money. Extremely disappointed.

This rating is solely a reflection of the fact that the presenter's accent was far too inadequate to be able to understand virtually anything he said. He did not speak English nearly well enough (from a grammatical and pronunciation standpoint) to be an effective or adequate speaker. Not even the closed caption helped because they heard the same thing . . .

It was really hard to understand the gentleman and I did not understand how the subject matter material had anything to do with the stated purpose. I logged off after about 30 minutes.

I purchased a CLE course from NBI which amounted to about $400. The course was advertised as specific to my state. I also called NBI twice and on both occasions, representatives indicated the course was applicable to my state. To my disappointment, both of the instructors who taught the course focused on the laws and regulations in their state(s) which is of no use to me. There was no discussion whatsoever about the laws in my state, hence it remains unclear to me why NBI marketed this course as beneficial for practitioners in my state.

I do not like NBI's seminars. The materials NBI distributes are typically trash and occasionally are different than those of the presenter. That happened to me recently and it was almost impossible to follow the materials and the presentation at the same time. Last week I took an eminent domain seminar which was essentially worthless unless one practices in Arizona, Pennsylvania, or Ohio, which were the states where the presenters practice. Also, I can't believe we're still encouraging virtual seminars; anyone who thinks lawyers get value out of a virtual seminar anywhere close to what they get out of an in-person seminar doesn't know what they're talking about. I'm convinced that NBI offers almost all virtual seminars because it realizes more profit if it doesn't have to rent a room and provide snacks. I almost always try to avoid NBI seminars but sometimes have no choice.

Horrible CLE program, and horribly expensive. Poor internet connection. Poor content delivery. Attorneys giving the talks were not good educators.

I have lectured for NBI for over 50 times in the past 30 years, and have never even heard of a seminar being cancelled. I signed up for the seminar to fulfill my Pennsylvania CLE requirement, and you cancelled it and rescheduled after the deadline date.

Disappointing customer service. Link to program was not activated. leading to frustration and waste of time . Then NBI just blew me off. I have used NBI for my organizations in the past, as well as for personal continuing education, what happened to their customer service? Worst in the industry.

Honestly….for $416 it was an absolute embarrassment. The final presenter was uninspired , to put it kindly. I’d like to hire him independently to cure my chronic insomnia. This subject matter is interesting and important. The totality of this $416 joke transformed it to the DaVinci code. Oh, and the technical difficulties at the end was the cherry on top. Send me a check or credit, not a coupon for more punishment. And your pricing? Even if taught by Socrates it was out of line. Gee, hope that helps.

The CLE wasn’t a class and there was no guidance, it was like watching a how to you tube video, with out visuals and follow up questions.

The program offered was very poor. Two of the three speakers presented in rambling monotone without any visual aides --their content was largely generalized opinion. The audio was very poor with one of the speakers. The video cut out continually all day.
