“I've used this company over several years and I've been happy with the service. On the last occasion I received an email warning me that they were awaiting stock. The items arrived after an extra delay of a few days. It would have been good to receive a stock warning at the time of order rather than after the order was made.”

“Very pleased with the service. Item was out of stock, and I was offered a refund. I was told the item was due in Monday or Tuesday so when I got it on Wednesday, I was delighted.”

“Bad time to ask for a review. I placed my order, they've taken my money but advised the product is out of stock. No indication yet of likely delivery. Suggest they should hold off requesting a review until the service process is complete, ie once I've received the product.”

“I ordered the item required and wasn't told that the item was out of stock until payment was made. This however was not a great problem as I received the delivery fairly soon after the order was placed. All in all a good experience.”

“The item arrived quickly, however the light sent was not the item which was ordered. The light which was ordered was chosen specifically for its size as it is has to fit in into a limited space, unfortunately the light that was sent is too large and will not fit the space. There was no attempt to inform me of the sbstitution. I have emailed the company on two occasions now to ask if they can supply the item as ordered but have had no reply! I will contact them for third time to try and resolve this matter. Based on this purchase I could not recommend this company.”
