“I ordered a light fitting along with a suitable light bulb. Because the bulb is not in stock you have delayed the delivery until the bulb is in stock. This is no good to me I could have carried out the fitting of the fitting and used a temporary bulb in the mean time, until the bulb could be dispatched. Many thanks Gerald. PS still awaiting delivery”

“Although I haven't yet received my order just going through the proceedureo of my order seemed to go preety smoothly.I was abit confused about the my delivery time date, so I rang a pleasant gentleman this morning, who explained they were out of stock at the time of ordering, but was now in,I have now received an email to say they could be delivered in 2 to 3 days. Thanking everyone concerned.”
