Very poor, unless it’s the fault of your delivery company, but, 9 days later, I have still to receive my order

Trying to work out if this was a joke, you asking for a review. I ordered an item on the 27th of December and there was nothing at the checking out process to indicate that you were closed for an extended period over the holidays. I paid for a next day delivery and have had no communication from your company at all since placing the order, your 1st contact is asking me to write a review. I'll review your service now as terrible! Unfortunately I can't review the item itself as I've still not received it despite it being ordered a week and a half ago and you having been back from holidays for 1/2 of that!

Hi Darren Many thanks for your review Apologies you have received a review request before your goods, this unfortunately is an automated service. We do state our closing period on the website via a banner, apologies if that was not noticeable enough, we will look into this for December 2019. We have contacted you via Email since reopening, stating that the item you have ordered is unfortunately out of stock and with a due date. To be honest I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for, I bought what I thought was right and that turned out to be wrong! The service and help via email was poor and unhelpful. I still don't understand how I ordered a BC base and ended up with B27 bulbs! Are they the same thing?! And then becoase I didn't know the make of the ceiling light I have they just said they couldn't help. So I have £11 of bulbs I have no use for. No offer of a refund or exchange. Basically they got my money so stopped caring! It's ok though, I bought some proper BC bulbs off Amazon for half the price and they work perfectly.

Not so good stil waiting for my refund from 18 December spoken to 2 members of staff who promised to look into and ring me back but did not also no response to emails regarding the same

Nearly 2 weeks after ordering the bulbs I have still not received them. I contacted national lamps and components a week after ordering to find out where my order was. I was told the delivery address was incomplete (It was fine in my order confirmation). When was someone going to contact me about this? Anyway I’m still waiting for them

Dear Customer Many thanks for your review Apologies in the delay on your order being dispatched. We contacted you via email you on the 3rd, 4th,and 7th regarding this address query, due to our our couriers system not locating your address. Your order was then dispatched on the 11th as you advised us passed our courier collection time on the 7th. This was dispatched on a 2-3 day delivery service via Royal Mail. Please note that due to the time of year Royal Mail are experiencing slight delays, that being said this should be to delivered by the 14th. Many Thanks National lamps

Ordered two lamps. One was faulty. Contacted the company who said they would send a replacement. Still waiting 3 weeks later. Just can't be bothered to ask again There are other companies out there to use

Bought a cheap fluorescent tube light bulb. As soon as i inserted it and then tried to twist it 90% into place, the two connectors at one end snapped off, rendering it completely unusable. Laughably shoddy product.

I purchased a bulb from them back in 2008 for less than £2.50 and have been plagued by weekly marketing emails from them ever since. Their unsubscribe link doesn't work and there is no way to adjust the marketing communications on the account page of their website. I have emailed them to remove me from their mailing list but still the unk mail arrives. The bulb was great but I didn't realise I was also buying a life long relationship.

On website don't show up item's they out of stock. This affect long time to receive shopping.
