“I ordered two light bulbs for my extractor fan. One was fine but I have just tried to fit the second bulb but unfortunately it is faulty - it is not working. I would be very grateful if you could send a replacement. Thank you.”

“This company supply an amazingly broad range of lighting components - some of which I've never heard of ! Delivery is normally excellent with any delays (a rare occurrence) due to their suppliers. There have been a couple of occasions when I've needed to ring up and obtain information. It has always been provided promptly and willingly. This company is a pleasure to do business with. Recommended.”
