“I purchased a bulb from them back in 2008 for less than £2.50 and have been plagued by weekly marketing emails from them ever since. Their unsubscribe link doesn't work and there is no way to adjust the marketing communications on the account page of their website. I have emailed them to remove me from their mailing list but still the unk mail arrives. The bulb was great but I didn't realise I was also buying a life long relationship.”
