“Tried to charge an extra 15 pounds saying try at the bulb labeled as a 3ft bulb was unexpected long at 3 ft and would cost. Extra. Then failed to refund order and required a PayPal claim”

Hi Raymond, As stated on the checkout if you live in the highlands or offshore there may be a extra delivery charge. This is what we get charged from the courier company. Your email was received then a dispute was opened before we could reply. We then closed the dispute and a refund was issued immediately Sorry we could not help on this occasion. If you choose to order in the future please email first for a delivery charge price to save any confusion. Thanks and Regards National Lamps and Components

“I was really happy when I saw the bulbs I had been looking for on the website and placed an order. I was totally disappointed to get an email 2 days later to say they had stopped selling these particular ones, I was offered an alternative but decided to get a refund.”
