“Very easy purchase and very speedy delivery. Tubes that I bought were keenly priced and worked perfectly (as I would expect). All in all a good experience which I would recommend to others.”

“Received the goods in good time, but was disappointed when emailed to say that the items do not fit and was looking for advise if you had an alternative size and as of yet have not had a reply,. Have now returned these items with a note instead regarding replacements or refund.”

“Some items were shown to be in stock on the website when in actual fact they weren't, small oversight perhaps but not good if you require the item quickly. Overall good company with reasonable prices.”

“I searched the web for 13 amp plug tops with handles, found this site, placed an order, and they took the money then emailed to say it's obsolete and sent a refund! Found them cheaper anyway elsewhere.”

“I found the website very clear and easy to order from online and delivery was faster than I had expected (a day later)! My items were sent in a large box, packed very carefully with polystyrene pellets (the light bulbs I had ordered coming in unusually thick boxes themselves as well). However, my chief reason for continuing to use this company is that their prices are by far the best you will find. What more can one say!”

“the lamps I purchased were the correct type however after I received them the accompanying product catalogue was much clearer than the website & it was obvious I could have bought the same type of lamp that lasted 5000 hours rather than 2000 hours for a few pence more.”
