“That an automated feedback system cannot distinguish a situation when the supplier has been unable to provide the goods demonstrates one area for ready improvement. Another would be for the website not to take an order and to confirm it for goods which are out of stock. That it took almost a complete trading day to report back by email that the goods were out of stock is also poor service. Goods were ordered on Friday around 6.00 pm, so I didn't expect them necessarily to be handled before Monday first thing, but not to get a notification until the end of the afternoon that there would be a delay was, I think, too long a response.”

“Whilst I understand your ‘out of stock’ problem, I do not appreciate my credit card being charged on December 2 for a delayed dispatch with an approximate delivery. Please issue a credit immediately on my credit card. I am still waiting to hear confirmation.”

“Having placed my order on 1st Dec 2015, I received an E Mail on 2nd Dec stating that the item was out of stock and would take 5-7 days + standard delivery 2-3 days. I checked the item on your web site and it still states that the item is in stock. I am still waiting in anticipation! very difficult to rate you when I have not received the item.”

“On my 1st attempt to order on line I could not do it some tech fault I phoned to place a order and was told I would have to pay extra carriage due to me staying in the Highlands of Scotland. The sales person could not give me the price and said he would call back with the price. I am still waiting for the call back . After 3 days I tried to order on line again and managed to order my lamps 2 days later I received a call and told it would cost £19 extra for the carriage, This package was coming via a carriage delivery company. 2 days later the package came by post . So how had the extra carriage money ? as i had already paid postage I would say some wires were crossed here and someone made £19 profit from me This is very poor service .would not recommend your company.”
