“The transaction didn't make me happy. I was slightly irritated that National Lamps avertised a product I chose, that immediately became obsolete. I then chose an alternative product, which is yet to arrive. At the same time, I'm asked to review the company? Currently waiting for the product to arrive.”

Hi Justin, We are sorry to hear you was not happy with your order, due to the huge amount of products on the National Lamps website it is impossible to keep track on what is still available, so when we get an order for something which we can no longer supply we can then change the website and then offer you alternative. “The lights were described on the website and on the invoice as FROSTED. When they arrived I took one out of the box and was surprised to see how clear it was. They are labelled on the packaging as semi frosted. I really wanted WHITE FROSTED. Good not as described.”
