“One item of three was broken. I did not expect a battle over the telephone in which it was suggested I take a photo of the corner unit lamp and send it to the supplier.I had already offered to send it back with a return of post label. The implication was that I was lying and secondly the staff concerned could do with a people skills exercise. These comments are meant to be taken in a constructive sense”

“After searching the internet i came across national lamps and components,i was very surprised how prices compared to others.on ordering my items and going through to paying it was very quick and easy.recieved goods in a couple of days so very pleased with everything.will use again and will reccomend to others.”

“I have been invited to write a review BEFORE my purchase has been delivered! I am therefore assuming that my delivery has gone AWOL or National Lamps and Components have used a courier service to deliver my purchase to me here in the Western isles in which case it could indeed be lost or turn up in about 3 weeks time! The only reliable service to the islands is Royal Mail. there is no "next day, 3 day or priority delivery" here in the islands. It takes the time it takes, just a whole lot longer when couriers are involved.”

“Needed an striplight for installation in a shelf unit but had to be incandescant as I wanted to use existing dimmer circuit. Most places now seem only to supply LED strips so had quite a search before I found National Lamps and Components; they came up trumps, reasonable price and prompt delivery too.”
