“I placed an order and received an email afterwards to say the item was out of stock and would be 5 to 7 days. I still have no confirmation that it has been dispatched and have no light in my living room. You really should have informed me that it was out of stock before you took my money.”

“Could not recommend more highly. I ordered a tube that was not only good value but a higher wattage than available elsewhere. The postage was good value. The tube arrived very quickly, it was wrapped very well, so there was no way it could be damaged in transit. All in all this is excellent service. Thank you.”
