“Ordered 12th. November. Acknowledged 23th. but still has'nt arrived. Parcel arrived a couple of hours after the above review was written. Items arrived well packaged and as described. They arrived by Royal Mail which is not the best in my area. Seems to take a lot longer to arrive.”

“I purchased a Philips HID lamp igniter (SN 58 Igniter) from this company. Standard post was used but even so the igniter arrived in 2 days. Very good service. The igniter fixed the u/s lamp. A tip - the igniter can be taken apart. There are internal clips at rhe terminal end. When taken apart I could see charing on the pointed circuit. I should have examined this part more closely before my first step of buying a new lamp.”

“!st order was delivered with a tiny delay, 2nd order there were stock issues, and I was told the whole order would be delayed until the unavailable units were back in stock - but I wasnt given the option of part shipment, which I wanted. A shame, because I like you guys!”

“It is a little strange asking for a review before the product has reached us. We are still waiting for an email telling us the product has been dispatched. The only email received said it was being prepared in the warehouse.”
