“Trying to work out if this was a joke, you asking for a review. I ordered an item on the 27th of December and there was nothing at the checking out process to indicate that you were closed for an extended period over the holidays. I paid for a next day delivery and have had no communication from your company at all since placing the order, your 1st contact is asking me to write a review. I'll review your service now as terrible! Unfortunately I can't review the item itself as I've still not received it despite it being ordered a week and a half ago and you having been back from holidays for 1/2 of that!”

We do state our closing period on the website via a banner, apologies if that was not noticeable enough, we will look into this for December 2019. “To be honest I wasn't quite sure what I was looking for, I bought what I thought was right and that turned out to be wrong! The service and help via email was poor and unhelpful. I still don't understand how I ordered a BC base and ended up with B27 bulbs! Are they the same thing?! And then becoase I didn't know the make of the ceiling light I have they just said they couldn't help. So I have £11 of bulbs I have no use for. No offer of a refund or exchange. Basically they got my money so stopped caring! It's ok though, I bought some proper BC bulbs off Amazon for half the price and they work perfectly.”

“Found it very hard to source these tubes but on discovering on National Lamps website I immediately ordered them and they were received, very well packed, within a couple of days. Would most definitely recommend this company.”
