“What I was sent was not what I ordered. It was similar. However, the product ordered was shown as ‘in stock’, when the order was placed. I was not contacted, prior to dispatch, to check whether I was ok to accept an alternative. Had the alternative matched the specification of the product ordered, I would be less concerned. I could have bought the product supplied for a cheaper price elsewhere!”
