“I sent for two specialist lamps to fit designer units, they came very quickly well packaged and protected, unfortunately one of the bulbs failed within a day. I emailed the company about this fault and they sent out a replacement within 5 days. Both units are now working fine.”

“Bulb worked as expected. Packaging was enormous and could easily have contained 50 bulbs. Is it difficult to find a package appropriate for the size of the goods it contains? Surely it would be more efficient and economical for packager and delivery to match size of goods with packaging.”
