“still waiting for delivery your last mail goods expected on Feb 10th. so hopefully you will despatch as soon as you receive delivery well done order arrived today 12th. as promised well packed in strong box and paper shavings will certainly order again Alex Gill”

“This is the first time using National Lamps & Components and I still have not received my ordered product yet. It has been over a week since it was ordered and no communication has been received as to why. Not good!”

“Fast delivery and well packaged The quality of the finish looks a bit rough but National Lamps quickly got back to me to explain why and how it is made, which goes a long way to reassuring me this is normal and shows an interest. Thank you.”

Hi Christine, Many thanks for the review, This is the way the lamps are suppose to be, there is a 2mm gap between the lamps and outer tube and the ceramic ends, all this improves with the ventilation, the outer tubes are also fixed which makes them more stable. The lamps have always been like this and are still 118mm long and no longer at all. Our lamps life is 8,000 hours which is 60% longer than our competitors who can only offer 5,000 hours. I can assure you that the lamps performance is first class, we sell thousands of them per week without any issues. Thanks and Regards National Lamps and Components

“I made two orders with this company. I was very impressed with their stock list but on both occasions I received an email saying that the products I ordered weren't in stock and it would 5-7 days to receive them. There was no indication on the website that the items were not in stock and the company took my payment. This feels a little like sharp practice. I operate on a tight timeline and I need to know accurately when stock is available so I can let my Customers know. On both occasions I was left with egg on my face with these Customers. The first time I let it go, but the second time I cancelled the order. If I can't trust the supplier to deliver, I can't order from them.”
