“Initially there was an issue as the product was out of stock. However, there was great communication about this, including stock availability in just a few days. Then clear despatch and invoice information and the product arrived promptly.”

“Waited for a week still never receive the good, and the person in charge is not helpful The tracking no given Only can track their local situation . I still do. Not know when can get the good”

Thank you for your review. Unfortunately as stated in our email these goods are being exported and delivery can be considerably longer considering your items were going to Singapore.
