“I bought a pair of axel stands not so long ago. They were in good condition and everything was as is should be. The box was well packaged and the customer service was fantastic. “Item ordered 5/3/18 but still not arrived by 12th. Rang them and advised me there had been problems with Royal Mail so they would send replacement. Replacement arrived 14th. Good recovery from a problem not of their making. I had ordered item as a sample ---- just what I had been looking for so will order more!”

“Excellent dispatch and delivery times. Good and competitive pricing. Packaging leaves a little to be desired. 20 lamps placed in the bottom of a box then completely covered with shredded paper. Packing materials choice was correct, but need to place some in the box first as well as after the item to protect it all around.”

“I ordered a light fitting (ORDER No: NLC-0318-59982) from you on Sunday 4th March 2018 and I received your confirmation of order. Late on Friday 9th March 2018 I received a call to advise that you could not source the light fitting ordered. I feel this is very poor service, especially as Eterna had given me your contact details as a supplier who stocked these items. I have now had to track down another Eterna D143 on the internet. Hopefully this supplier will not waste a week of my time whilst I await the prompt dispatch of my order. I look forward to a refund when your accounts department opens on Monday morning.”
