“I ordered an alternative lamp because the original replacement was obsolete but still advertised for sale. The alternative was not as white as the original even though it was supposed to be bright white,bit disappointed.”

“I was very pleased with the speed of delivery and the item itself. However I hope you don't think I'm being churlish but I was disappointed with the amount of packaging that was used and I'd have thought with a bit more consideration it could have been substantially reduced, by perhaps half, and been equally safe to send through the post? “Excellent service from a company I had not previously used. Their website was clear to use, which made finding the items I was after easy. Once the items were in the basket payment was simple, a number of options but I used my favorite PayPal. Transaction was completed quick and easy with no need to set up a account. Receipts followed quickly by email, and I was informed when dispatch was happening, which was within 36 hours, the delivery by FedEx arrived the following day. Excellent, will happily recommend and will buy from again......”
