“My experience with National Mattress was excellent. The web site is easy to navigate, answered all of my questions and had a large variety of brand named mattresses at a price point to suit any budget. The excellent customer service continued after purchase. National Mattress confirmed my order instantly, delivery was clearly communicated and my order was delivered exactly as promised. In fact the driver called letting me know the delivery was on schedule. My customer experience was excellent from start to finish. “National Mattress made the whole process of buying a mattress easy and simple. The sales associate was very kind, patient, knowledgeable, and trustworthy, and answered all my questions the store had a wide selection of mattresses to try out and choose from. The store was clean, and the layout was well organized. All the bedding accessories are in one location and they offer delivery. I would highly recommend if you are looking for a mattress all the brand-name mattresses at a fraction of the price as a big-box store and the same level of service if not better.”

“Alex, at the Barrie National Mattress, was a pleasure to deal with. He asked all of the right questions and pointed me to the right mattress. While the mattress was not in stock at that time, it did arrive on schedule and I recieved a call to let me know. Alex's associate loaded my mattress for me and I am happy to say that I have been sleeping much better since my purchase. Kudos to you gents for your customer service.”

“We had an excellent experience. Alex in the Barrie store was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions. (We had many!) He explained the store layout and left us to try mattresses uninterrupted. He was always available, when we needed him. He explained everything and we made an informed decision with no pressure. It was so nice that he didn't try to upsell us as we've regretfully experienced witg our last mattress purchase We are now anxiously awaiting the arrival of our new mattress. And the bonus, the price was less than we planned on spending!”
