“The outlet is organized by brand, which is great and the salesman informed us where the lower priced mattresses were. I chose the Beautyrest Harmony Dockside for $903, however, it was 15% off and came to $867. I am looking forward to receiving the mattress!”

“The salesman was quite friendly but not too helpful. It would have been nice to tell me that the people who bring you your mattress won't enter your house. So my mattress had to sit in my doorway until I could get help. Very upsetting. I always recommend National Mattress because of the great selection, Canadian made mattresses, and great prices. Would I shop there again? Probably.”

“I am impressed. I called ahead to verify inventory. Within 20 seconds of walking into store I was addressed by name, and my mattress was at the door ready to load. i am very pleased with service.”

“I was so pleased to find a not common product, a low profile box spring for a twin bed. I was able to find it in stock, on a Sunday for 1/2 price of anywhere else in Hamilton. The staff was very helpful on the telephone and in the store. Readily loading the item into my car. Great service and great price.”

“I found National Mattress to be a solid option for anyone looking for a decent mattress without spending too much. The prices are reasonable, and the staff was helpful when I visited, making sure I found something that fit my needs. The selection might not be as vast as some other places, but they had what I was looking for. The delivery was quick too, which was a nice bonus. Overall, I felt like I got good value for my money.”
