“Staff were very friendly and helpful. Lots of questions answerd in a straight up proffessional way. Delivery also courteous and focused on doing the best they could. my boxspring wouldnt fit the stairway due to a stairlift, and the guys even tried to problem solve that! Very kind. Will recommend”

“The best moving experience. The day started badly, one thing after another, which often happens on moving day - those unexpected things. But the one thing that went smoothly was my mattress pick up. Prepared and courteous staff, all ready, no issues, and when the bed was set up, I had an amazingly comfortable mattress at a great price. I will recommend National Matress to everyone. Thank you for being a company that still offers great customer service and product!!! Way to go!!!”

“I ordered a mattress from an online retailer and was deliver a work desk after the bitter experience and only a couple of days before I moved into my new house I wanted to go with something reliable and trustworthy. That's why I chose National Mattress Outlet. I order a mattress 2 days prior for shipping (I ultimately had to pick it up cause of time mismatch on my end) The staff we extremely helpful and professional. I changed my mind on the matress I wanted at the very end and the staff were able to help me accommodate the changes. If you ever want a trustworthy and reliable matress with professional service look no further than here. Thank you guys. You did amazing at the Mississauga South (Dundas Street) store. You've earned yourself a loyal client.”

“I always buy in national mattress since they have all the options on sizes in all be d mattress and at the same time they are cheaper than most of the other sellers. Staff are friendly especially on the branch in steele’s avenue west.”
