“Pavan was too good, and i appreciate the help. When i first bought from national mattress 4-5 years back we got good deals like free bed frame and some discounts. But little upset none are available now.”

“Here is my take on your company. There are so many N.M. ads flying at you online that I couldn't figure out how to find and order the box spring I had originally chosen. I had to call the store to find out how because they don't take phone orders. Your delivery guys and the tracking service was exceptional and the timing perfect, although I had to call my two Sons away from work to help bring it up to the 10th floow and into my condo from the main floor, evey though I paid $45 for delivery! Speaking of delivery charge, in was included in the $180 I paid through Paypal and charged again through Paypal as well. So I called your so called "Support" at the 800 #.and I have to say I ended up blowing my stack at "Frick and Frack". Frick wasn't so bad, but wasn't very helpful, but he eventually after asking lots of questions put me on to "Frack" who asked all the same questions again, including an extra: what time of day was the extra charged? So they apparently couldn't help and suggest that I "go on line". I reminded Frack that they were supposted to be the "Support" clustomers are directed to, so why would they through the ball back into my court? Anyway, I am waiting for a call from someone on Monday. (well, you asked for a review!)”

“Mattresses are reasonably priced and there are lots of options available. Peter who helped us to choose our mattress was superb - knowledgeable and courteous. Delivery was very pleasant as well. For a minimal cost, the mattress was in my bedroom nice and easy.”

“Alex S. was excellent to deal with! I was looking for a bed to put in my spare room and it required a certain height for a medical reason, Alex took the time to listen to what my needs were and figure out what would work. He was able to get it delivered to our house the next day which was wonderful! Alex S. went above and beyond to help us and we will definitely purchase from National Mattress Barrie location again when we have future bed needs!”
