“Visited the store on Dundas in Mississauga. Excellent customer service. Couldn’t find such price for the mattress I bought from here. The delivery was lightening fast and very professional. Got a call from the delivery team for the exact time, and it was delivered right on time.”

“Very good experience! Great choice in the showroom and possible to try all of them. Good consultation. Next day delivery and attractive prices and promos. Even with some hiccups on delivery and delays, they handled everything professional and we still have left with a very good impression!”

“Was very happy with the new bed we bought. Tristan helped us initially and was a wealth of information. We then went to the Dundas St location to check out other offerings and seriously found ALL the staff were really knowledgeable. And patient. We didn’t feel pressured to purchase unlike other stores we won’t name. Ended up purchasing at the first location but only because it was close to where we live. The entire sales experience was excellent. Have to say the delivery was only average. We didn’t think the mattress would be merely dropped off outside the house after signing but at least put in the house. Which happened. The fellow helped push the bed in past the front door which was all good but my husband had to help pull the bed in. There was a 2nd fellow who didn’t help at all. Only off note in the entire process. Note: did not pay for set up which was an additional $35 plus tax. My apologies if delivery was merely drop off outside the house and nothing else, in which case then our delivery person went above and beyond in getting it to our door. This was the only unclear part. Probably should have called the store to clarify.”

“Excellent customer service and knowledgeable staff. Reasonable prices. Communication regarding any questions I had after purchase and prior to delivery was very prompt and clear via email. Delivery tracker was wonderful and helpful to schedule my day. Delivery staff were professional, friendly and very accommodating. Highly recommend supporting this business.”
