“No response to my 3 email follow ups whatsoever. called in and learned my order was never delivered. refused to offer compensation or immediate delivery. had to connect 3 times with customer service via phones to finally set up a delivery date.”

“We went into National Mattress for the second time on Sat. July 21/24. When we arrived, there was a young guy outside trying to undo (rescue) a bird that had got caught in a tree downstairs. I said to my Husband, "Now there is a really good guy." and right there and then I knew I was buying my new mattress at National. We both thought the Salespeople were all very good and helpful! And that was that.... Thanks again Tristan !”

“Overall good experience with a happy end, despite of the some uncomfortable situations. After the purchase we discovered a coupon at NM website: "Save 50$ on Orders $500 and up for National Mattress Newsletter Subscription". The salesperson at Mississauga South location was very helpful, but did not notified us of $50 coupon option during the purchase. Customer service response on the issue also wasn't helpful: "That is a coupon, not a sale offer, and must be presented at the time of purchase to be applied." Eventually we got a $50 rebate in a store without a problem. The second minor issue, we haven't received the invoice by email as it was promised by the salesperson, we have to send a reminder to get it.”

“My first time mattress shopping and they have the best selection with actually good quality mattresses for a better price. Very accurate description and I was able to find the perfect mattress. Will definitely be buying my next mattress here again.”

“The guy working was very helpful and showed us something we liked in our price range. Fast and very efficient. Me and my partner were very happy. Loved that the mattress was rolled up and compact as well which made things way easier for transportation. Definitely worth the drive from Toronto!”

“I bought two queen size mattresses, a box spring and a mattress encasement in National Mattress. Their prices are lower but their quality are higher. The salesman in Mississauga store was kind and patient. I recommend National Mattress to all of my friends.”
