“Great on site service. Good prices. Free delivery (over a threshold) was definitely a nice bonus. We go back to NM every time we need a mattress. Can't beat sitting on the actually product.”

“The sales person was nice and provided information to all our questions. Not a bad thing but there was only one sale person things took a bit longer but we were not disappointed at all. Thanks to the sale person for all his help with our purchase.”

“Found stitching on the side buttom undone. But company replied this is an aesthetic issue. It will not affect the ability to use and enjoy mattress. Cannot refund and exchange.”

“I went to the store in person. The staff was very friendly and helped me out immediately. He helped me get what I needed and even loaded it up for me. Your prices are competitive. I would recommend you to anyone looking for a bed.”

“Delivery does not work at all. The mattress was supposed to come one week ago and still it has not arrived yet. A matress is a thing that needs to come on the specific date so that I can plan where I am going to sleep. The fact that there were that many problems with the deliverly and nobody cares to bring the matress on time shows the poor quality of the company. I would rather pay for the delivery instead of having a "free delivery" that arrives a month later with the mattress. Pick it up if you can, otherwise go with another company.”

“The outlet is organized by brand, which is great and the salesman informed us where the lower priced mattresses were. I chose the Beautyrest Harmony Dockside for $903, however, it was 15% off and came to $867. I am looking forward to receiving the mattress!”

“The salesman was quite friendly but not too helpful. It would have been nice to tell me that the people who bring you your mattress won't enter your house. So my mattress had to sit in my doorway until I could get help. Very upsetting. I always recommend National Mattress because of the great selection, Canadian made mattresses, and great prices. Would I shop there again? Probably.”
