“We purchased a mattress from National Mattrasses at the end of August. The process was smooth. All personnal was efficient - polite, knowledgeable and swift. Delivery was within 3 days which we were promised.”

“Excellent quality mattress. Called customer service and very good too (wanted to make sure i received the correct firmness as it was not stated on mattress) Delivery was friendly and on time. Second mattress bought here and no complaints.”

“I am very pleased with the service I received. Fast, efficient and knowledgeable staff greeted us, explained the store layout and mattress selection in five minutes and let us get to it. Ten minutes later we had our mattress, box spring and sheets and were on our way. I highly recommend Them.”

“Had a great experience at the National Mattress store in Mississauga. My girlfriend and I were welcomed in with a full tour with thorough explanations of how everything was set up. We were able to walk around, check out many different items without being bothered by salespeople like when we went to the Brick & Leon's earlier that same day. We felt very confident in the honesty of the store associate we dealt with instead of feeling pressured like most other stores.”
