“Shipping took longer than expected. Was told it would get picked up from the warehouse either Friday or Monday. It didn't get shipped until Thursday. Shipping was fast once itbwas picked up by shipping company. Otherwise products were as expected and communication was fair.”

“Your insistence that you have to determine if there is a problem with your mattress boxspring and frame while it is in the package is beyond ridiculous and bluntly the chance of detecting damage the way things are packaged is next to zero.”

“Excellent back support. The staff were very helpful, by locating for me the perfect mattress for my requirements. I even got two good store offers as well, which I felt was a lovely addition to my purchase. I'm so glad I went there instead of investing in overpriced bad products I saw in walmart or something like that. I even got a mattress protector for a good price.”
