“Everything was good except that on the first delivery the delivery team noticed a rip in the bottom of the box spring. They offered a discount but we opted for a new one which arrived the same day but after we opened the package there was a rip in this spring be as well.”

“I gave a three star rating because the delivery guy was really nice but the bed is very small in height and it’s suppose to be firm but the mattress feels not firm and the coils I’m starting to feel. I don’t write reviews but I wanted to be honest. I mean I paid $260 for the mattress, I guess the saying is true , you get what you pay for!”

“It would be nice to enjoy my brand new and fairly pricey mattress... BUT it was delivered to me with a tear in it and is taking QUITE sometime to get a resolution.”

“Helpfully in answering questions. Not happy that driver insisted I leave plastic on box spring because he said it would void warranty. It has a manufacturer warranty if there is an issue.”

“I bought a low profile box spring. The online ordering was easy and the delivery was very smooth and on time. One complaint and the reason for the lower rating is that the box spring I ordered was not the correct height as advertised.”

“It is generally accepted and was received in good conditions. The only thing is that it was described as firm while it was a bit softer which makes a difference.”

“Good selection. Finally found a couple that i liked but ran into issues with my size not being in stock and associate not knowing how long it will take to receive. So its a mystery. So stock is limited and hit or miss on some mattresses. I am hoping the mattress i paid for gets delivered within a few weeks and this doesnt drag into months. But again, its a mystery and i have no idea when i will get my order.”

“national mattress outlet met my needs, and i knew what to expect. Its an outlet. so no fancy showroom, etc. they have a few options of various price ranges for some top rated brands. Price beat other places i checked on line before, and that was my #1 thing. the sales rep explained the layout and let us go about our business and when we needed help, he did and was quite knowledgable of the items we asked about. we made our purchase and free shipping was arranged for a week later.”

“I had a good experience with the store staff but the delivery man ruined my day and I was not happy with the shipping service. The mattress I purchased is a pocket coil spring that sometimes I can feel the springs poking my body. Maybe that's because its new. I will wait and see if this resolves by the time.”

“The price was right and the customer service online was fast via email. Disappointed during drop off. I was 5 minutes away from my home and they left the boxspring laying up against my garage instead of waiting till I got there. I understand they have a schedule they need to keep, but they should have waited to at least bring the boxsprings inside. They were also rude on the phone.”
