“HI, SAME AS EVERYONE ELSE, MOTORHOME OK, BOOKED IT IN MARCH STILL NO RETURN OF DEPOSITE, NOW JUNE, WHEN YOU BOOK IT THEY CONTACT YOU ALL THE TIME TRYING TO SELL YOU EXTRAS BUT WHEN YOU WANT YOUR DEPOSITE BACK THEY NEVER RETURN CALLS”

“All seemed OK, but we ended up with a van that wasn't up to spec. While it is the depot you pick the van up from and have the face to face, it is National Motorhomes who take your money and trying to get any level of satisfactory service once they've had your money is a non-starter. Refused to speak on the phone hiding behind "we do emails", as an excuse.”
