“Fast and shoddy. Customer service non existent. The guttering leaks, the roof leaks, the knots have fallen out of the wood and left holes. Screws missing from roof struts and door hinges. Eventually came back to repair leaking roof after months of emails and calls. The roof still leaks and I get no reply from my emails. I will now have to get a professional in to sort everything out”

“Superb Company from start to finish . Supplied a top quality product and was miles cheaper than any web site or otherwise companies national or local .Saving over £1,500.00 from the nearest similar quote. The pad we put down was a bit " askew " and they corrected everything , the build was done in less than a day , it was a 2 stable , hay store and tack room, and the Guys who did the build were courteous , polite and very efficient . Extremely pleased definitely recommend .”

“Wrong size shed delivered and returned. Floor height not taken into account. Chased up twice for the CAD drawing that had requested changes to door position. Next delivery date cancelled (took day off work ) Bottom door hinge crooked and has mixture of screws in it. Roof timber was nearly sawn through by mistake so joined back with metal clasp. However Darren was vey obliging and helpful. Would not recommend you afraid.”

“We received our National Timber Buildings mobile field shelter delivery on the date and time specified. Installation was carried out courteously and professionally by the 2-man team. Really pleased with the shelter. Neighbours have remarked on how good it looks too. All staff friendly and helpful from first contact to installation. Highly recommend National Timber Buildings.”
