“The process was very easy to follow but there are a few improvements in the process that could be made. 1. The implications of the Co-trustees isn't very well communicated throughout the process. Inadvertently, I put a minor on the Co-trustees which could be verified by a simple DOB question. 2. I was reached out to for questions which was great, but the 'final' copy of the Trust was already mailed before my questions were answered and the revisions were made. This final copy should be printed AFTER someone asks. (Not sure if my shredder can handle this paper) 3. All in all the process would have been more simple if I was a lawyer or was familiar with trusts - which is not the target audience for this. In the end - I have a functional trust though which is fine! It's just not on nice paper :).”

“I saw many recommendations online to use National Gun Trusts when setting up an NFA trust and was fortunate that they happen to be running a sale when I was considering setting one up. I utlized the trust paperwork a week later when purchasing my first silencer expecting the longer delay the ATF has listed on their website for eforms submitted as trusts, which was 150 days at the time. This trust must be written perfectly pass the ATFs scrutiny because my stamp was approved in 36 days. I feel pretty confident that National Gun Trusts is the way to go if you want to set up a NFA trust.”
