“I used NGT for their electronic fingerprint service and highly recommend. Time was of the essence and not only were they prompt in following up after the purchase to schedule the appointment, I had issues following the creation of my .EFT file. The 3rd party they used was able to edit the file to meet ATF file upload requirements after I had gotten an error. I had my amended file before close of business the same day.”

“To several attempts and a combined 60-90 minutes on hold before I finally managed to schedule my appointment. There were a couple disconnects during that process so I tried connecting to the line NOT for scheduling appointments and that worked. After I finally got a hold of somebody, the appointment was quickly scheduled and everything went smoothly from there.”

“Very impressive and quick. The entire process took exactly 40 minutes from signing up for the service driving over to the location to complete the digital scanning and then finally downloading the EFT. I had spent the entire morning driving around town visiting businesses trying to obtain my EFT, but was unsuccessful, because it wasn’t work related. Wish it knew about the service before hand, it would have save me much grief and gas.”

“It was very straightforward to purchase the National Gun Trusts EFT package, and the agent called me almost immediately to schedule my visit to a UPS store for electronic fingerprinting. And soon after that, I received my QR authorization code from PrintScan. The Sterling Identity fingerprinting equipment used at the UPS store just did not work for me. The UPS agent was on the phone with Sterling support and retry after retry Sterling support just started saying "it looks good enough" and overriding the poor prints. Afterward, I called Sterling Identity to express my doubt and ask if they had better equipment nearby. They said yes but directed me back to PrintScan for another QR code. Lucking I talked to a responsible agent and she got me one within a few minutes. I went to the new UPS store where I was directed, and the process went much, much smoother. More knowledgeable UPS agent and better quality prints with only one override. Hopefully, the EFT will satisfy the ATF. Meanwhile, National Gun Trust was unaware of all this as I couldn't reach them.”

“Used their finger printing EFT service and was super smooth. Haven't submitted my form 1's yet but the process with National Gun Trusts was great. Would highly recommend for anyone needing more than 1 set of prints.”

“Very fast to send the file. Not their fault , but , the particular UPS location I chose was poorly staffed. One woman in the store , and English was not her preferred language . But , this is not the fault of NGT !”
