“Great customer service! I made a mistake during the notary process and Ryan promptly helped me find a solution. They also mailed me the revised trust without charging me again. It’s unusual these days to find such a high level of customer service. Would definitely recommend!”

“Some things were made easy, like paying. Other things were more confusing, like how to add the firearms to the trust, and add more. Do i add the firearm before or after i get the tax stamp?”

“Identogo and ff usually charge $5 per card. Skip the appointments and roll your own prints. It's easy, once you get into buying more NFA stuff (and you will) it makes things fast, simple and saves quite a bit of money. The entire kit is worth it. I've had a few misprinted cards (happens from time to time) and they sent new cards out the same day no charge. Customer service spot on. Great company!”

“I must say, that your company is a breath of fresh air especially during this time in life. I was very pleasantly surprised as to how detailed your instructions are and I was very impressed with ALL that you supply with the trust for such a low cost. I must admit, I did research before I found your site with other companies and I chose NGT based on ALL the info on your site that one gets when they purchase the trust. Trust is Very well done and I will certainly encourage anyone who owns a gun(s) to get their trust with NGT.”

“National Gun Trust was a great service! With a few simple questions they got my paperwork to me immediately. Upon reviewing the documents I had a few additional questions which were answered almost immediately. Within 10 minutes and on a Sunday! I highly recommend this service. Small price to pay for the amount of convience you receive!”

“I ordered the Trust with a few of the extra services, including the "shrinking" service. After following the very easy and clear directions, signing and notarizing my trust, and scanning and sending back in for the binder service, they refunded my shrinking service because the file size was small enough. I appreciate the honesty and near immediate communication at all points in the process. The text of the trust is crystal clear, and the amendment documents are on stand-by for future changes. All in all, WELL worth the cost and I cannot recommend it highly enough.”
