Does anyone know if I can use National Trust gift card on the seeticket operator they run special events through? Im trying to book Christmas trail at stourhead wiltshire. Have gone through the National trust website, have a section to enter my voucher and I keep then getting an error code. I called the booking line, who just said they can't accept gift cards over the phone, and directed me back to online. Very frustrating and I don't understand why using a gift card is so hard. Yet they are sold everywhere for them.
Anyone had similar experience?
