“Despite going in late and meeting the very friendly member of staff only five minutes before closing time, he dealt with us with great humor and patience. The products were reasonably priced and well presented. I was very pleased with everything I saw and everything that we sorted out. If only I had not forgotten to order the washbasin for the bathroom, my visit would have been perfect!”

“The website was easy to use and the product was delivered promptly. It was good value for money compared with other options on different websites. it wasn't as easy to adjust the doors as the blurb suggested but I'm happy with the final result.”

“Ordered a designer central heating radiator. The price was very good in comparison to normal retailers. can't remember how long it took for delivery but it was no more than 2/3 working days. radiator not fitted yet but looks great.”

“Delivery came when indicated and quality of shower fine for the price. However installation instructions supplied with shower were for not for the shower we bought. Thankfully they had correct one available on their website.”

“My wife and I have been badly let down by another company. I searched and found a similar product slightly dearer, but the care shown to me was phenomenal. The goods will be delivered this week, sooner than expected. This company will be in the front of my mind should I require further products and I will encourage my friends to make contact. “Best price I could find for the vertical radiators I wanted. Based on previous reviews I ordered my rads and received them quickly as detailed on the website. “Excellent showroom, with a huge range of tiles as well as bathrooms, and for all budgets. Very knowledgable, approachable friendly staff, who are not too pushy. All round the best bathroom store I've been to will definitely recommend to others. Well done can't give any constructive feedback to improve as spot on.”
