“ordered on the 9th and today is 28th 3 weeks pasted still haven't arrived!!! Every time I call, they say the same thing “it is on the delivery”!!!! not fair for us as we are losing money and time! postponing the builder constantly because of the delivery isn't happening so disappointed”

“Avoid these guys at ALL costs. Bought a bath from them, no comms at all on when it might arrive, then when it did come it came with no legs! They refused to collect the bath and refund me instead choosing to sneakily update the description (After telling me thats what it said not realising I'd screenshot it before I called) to say "legs not included". They told me it was all my fault and I should build a frame for the bath from timber and that it was essentially tough!”

“Dont return either mails or phone Missing delivery 8 weeks Will not tell who i going to deliver / no tracking at all / have not got my things yet - will i ever or are they thives Hopeless”

“Purchased a toilet seat from Nationwide Bathrooms. The product was great and as described. I was kept informed and updated on my parcel tracking. Will definitely buy from them again.”

“Terrible company, made purchase for a toilet that was in stock, after a week I chased it up. It was due to be delivered 6 weeks later, I cancelled and still no refund 6 weeks I've been waiting now. NO phone pick up or response to emails.... It'll have to be the courts now.”

“Order acknowledged, card charged, 6 weeks later no delivery, no response from customer service to repeated queries, order cancelled by me for non-delivery using the online form, again no response, have had to initiate card charge back. Lesson to me is to check out reviews before purchasing online. This seems to be a regular and recurring complaint. I would not use this company”

“My dealings with members of staff were really good. Both helpful and with a sense of humor. The advice was good as I am a novice ordering bathrooms. The product arrived well packed and the driver very helpful as the lorry could not get to us because of the narrow lanes. I had to chase delivery but the date given was adhered to. The product looks value for money.”

“I bought toilet seat soft close paid £76.95 it came in bashed box and the soft close cylinders were loose in box and does not work and is NOT fit for purpose I emailed, telephoned and wrote letter several times to no avail, then I got in touch with credit card company and then they sent letter to say send back perfect etc. etc. and track and insure the same - I have never dealt with such a terrible company I would certainly stay clear of this company especially if you wish to have a refund”

“Awful service. Don’t use. They sent the wrong item. Wouldn’t collect. Haven’t returned my money. Called them over 10 times. Spoken to Mike, Edward, Barry and Kim in their office. They all promise to do something and then nothing happens. Haven’t responded to emails. 4 months later I’m having to take legal action.”
