“It is a great website to order from. Very efficient and the delivery was spot on. The driver was very polite and opened up the boxes inside my house to make sure the Vanity unit was not damaged in any way. The quality of the Vanity unit is 1st class. I would certainly purchase again From Nationwide Bathrooms”

“Good polite service. This shop uses their own delivery service which means you have to be at home however I asked them to call me in the morning to give me a time slot. The driver called me as promised and showed up within the given 2-hour slot so I was happy.”

“Nationwide Bathrooms offered the product I needed, at a competitive price. Their customer service was excellent; they called soon after I'd placed the order online to arrange delivery. The delivery arrived when it was supposed to. I had a follow-up query which was dealt with promptly and to my satisfaction. Recommended.”

“Another supplier had let me down, sending one part of the tap order (bath) out, and then on the day, the plumber was installing the bath telling me the basin tap stock was discontinued! Nationwide Bathrooms had the same model and were able to send out the same day, arrived the next day. Got me out of a hole. Will use again”

I received a call from the company within a day of placing my order to inform me it had been dispatched and delivery service was also prompt and efficient. “The entire process of ordering my goods was quick and easy. I received an email within minutes of placing my order to advise me of the delivery date. “They showed the item as in stock, it was not. The promised delivery for Friday, they did not deliver. It's now Wednesday a full week after the order was placed and I've not received it.”

“I was looking for a bath panel that was apparently very 'rare' and expensive but found it on Nationwide bathrooms at the cheapest price, unfortunately, after I ordered the panel I received a phone call saying it had been discontinued but they had a more expensive version made from a different material and they were willing to upgrade it free of charge. It was at my door two days later, I couldn't be happier.”

“Quality fittings and super fast delivery. Too fast in fact. I'd specified a Friday delivery on the order, as that was my day off, but the courier tried to deliver on Thursday. Thankfully he agreed to return the next day.”

“Ordered a gosling shower screen, cheapest price I could find online including paying for delivery was over £100 cheaper then ordering from a local bathroom shop. Service over online chat and telephone was really helpful, and delivery within 48 hours and the shower screen is just as we wanted. Would recommend this company and use it again.”
