“BUYER BEWARE: Nationwide Bathrooms sent us the wrong toilet and instead of helping to do all they can to resolve the issue caused by their mistake, while we are now trying to return to them the wrong item they have put in a money claims with the small claims court against us. You cannot get through to customer services and they are unresponsive to emails. PLEASE TAKE THIS WARNING BEFORE SHOPPING WITH THEM.”

“Everything went smoothly and fine. Delivery was advised as up to 5 days, which I assumed was a maximum. The item arrived within this time but was slightly disappointed that the item that was in stock was not dispatched until 3 days later.”

“Tried and failed to even get a response from you. After we cancelled item you have been unresponsive and failed to give correct refund. Still have yet to receive explanation of how you came up with the figure we received. Tantamount to stealing”

“My dealings with members of staff were really good. Both are helpful and with a sense of humor. The advice was good as I am a novice ordering bathrooms. The product arrived well packed and the driver very helpful as lorry could not get to us because of narrow lanes. I had to chase delivery but the date given was adhered to. The product looks value for money.”

“I ordered this shower on a Wednesday morning happy that delivery was approximately 2 working days. Imagine my surprise and delight when my order arrived on Thursday lunchtime!”

“The website was easy to use and I found exactly what I needed without any trouble. After I had paid I was notified of an approximate delivery. I then received an ail telling me when the goods and been dispatched and when I would receive them. I was delighted that they were delivered well within the approximate date. I would definitely use this online business again.”

“Customer service is appalling. Phones will not be answered, just giving out an email address. Hung on for over an hour, no answer. Email takes 3 days for a reply. No contact made with customer for over a week on item being sent, despite paying £13 for delivery, and the price exceeding other suppliers. I still don't know if I will get the item, and no means to contact them. Awful.”

“Bought a bath with a set of feet. A few days later they call me up to say there had been a mistake on there site and I’d only bought the 4 feet. I told them to cancel the order. They then sent the feet anyway, I refused delivery and it was sent and received back in store signed for by a Murphy. No refund given what so ever - never responded to my messages to phone me, never answered emails. Had to do a section 75. Got my money back and now they have tried to re-submit the charge! Unfortunately for them I have the tracking codes so good luck with that, I’ll let nationwide bathrooms explain to the bank why they are fraudulently claiming money for an item they recieved back months ago. they’ll be shortly recieving a letter from her majesty’s county court service. TRUST ME - DO NOT BUY NOTHING FROM THIS SHOWER OUTFIT. I REPEAT…. NOTHING AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE, AND I MEAN, LIKE THE PLAGUE. You have been warned!”

“Placed a big order with wise for a building project I’ve got going on. Have to say wasn’t disappointed! Kept informed every step of the way and the products were just beautiful! Can’t recommend nationwide bathrooms enough. Will be using them for all future projects.”

“Excellent. Great little electric towel rail. Arrived quickly. No problems. Would recommend and will use again. I had been badly let down by another company so needed to find another towel rail asap. Wish I'd dealt with Nationwide Bathrooms from the start!”

“after 4 days, we still did not have your reply regarding our email. I would like to cancel the order officially, please tell me how to proceed and when will you give me the money back as I already wait for almost 2 months with couple emails but no response from your side. I am afraid this is a fake website with no support at all only to cheat money from consumer.”

“Ordered a quality steel bath and we agreed on a future delivery date (quite tight timescales). The price was good and included the feet that other suppliers charge extra for. Arrived on time and very well packaged on the pallet. Very happy.”

“No problems on ordering needed to check a few things but with the chat service it was fine got the answers straight away the price was very good and as I live not far from them I was able to go and pick it up myself would definitely use it again in the future.”

“I was concerned that delivery would be difficult as I live on a very restricted road. Nationwide Bathrooms arranged to have my order transferred to a small van. I am delighted with my goods as well as the service provided. I wouldn't hesitate in using them again.”
